Connah's Quay Nomads are pleased to confirm that Jack Kenny has agreed a new one year deal with the club.

Kenny re-joined The Nomads in January 2023 having previously played for the club in the 2018/19 season. Since rejoining the club, Kenny has been a key feature of The Nomads' three-pronged attack featuring himself, Jordan Davies and Harry Franklin that has seen the trio net 50 goals in all competitions in the 2023/24 season.

During his time at Deeside, Kenny has played in 64 competitive fixtures for the club finding the net on 17 occasions and has been part of the squad that has now qualified twice in succession for the UEFA Europa Conference League Qualifying Rounds, having also won the JD Welsh Cup this past weekend.

On his new deal at the club, Kenny commented; "I'm delighted to sign a new contract with the club. It's been a successful year for everyone involved at Connahs Quay Nomads Football Club with comfortably finishing in second place and winning the Welsh Cup Final. The main objective was to qualify for Europe and we have been successful in achieving that. A lot of hard work on and off the pitch has taken place this year in order for us to achieve what we have achieved and lifting the trophy on Sunday was the perfect way to end a successful season.

There is a real togetherness in the changing room and a great culture which is a huge reason for signing a new contract. The opportunity to play for Gibbo and his staff for another season is also what really appealed to me as I see all the work and hours that they put in for Connah's Quay Nomads Football Club.

Hopefully we can take the positives and successes form this year into next season and build on what we achieved this year."
