Following The Nomads' narrow league defeat to TNS, Andy Morrison spoke to Will Catterall to give his thoughts.
A very tough day
"We're on the back of two 1-0 defeats where we should have had four points - a very tough day today with the conditions, with the wind and a really dry pitch, bobbly, so hard for both teams to show any sort of quality. We've had opportunites, we've started the game well and we've had again, what we believe is a penalty..."
We battle on
"We battle on, we keep going - if we perform like that next week against TNS in the [Welsh] Cup then they've got a massive problem next week against us because we're going to change things around and we're going to make it a war next weekend, so we're all in for that."
Six 'Cup Finals' left
"We've got six 'Cup Finals' left - I've just said to the players, if you play with that same intensity and discipline and desire over the next six games, seven games which you've just done in the last four games since the split, we'll be fine... there's going to be many many twists and turns before the end of the season, the pleasing thing for me is although the results haven't gone for us in the last two games, the energy and the desire is there in the players and the performances have been there..."
