Following his side's Europa League exit, Andy Morrison conducted both a press conference and post-match interview in Belarus.
Not a fair reflection
"Technically better than us, but that's not a fair result again tonight - it's not a penalty and the red card there's no contact, you know, we've looked at the video, there's no contact whatsoever so the referee's killed us tonight and was very very poor on the night so again, not a fair reflection, but it's difficult when you've got centre-halves, who's 6'3" goes down crying like a baby, rolling around on the floor and then he jumps up, no mark on his face... very difficult for the referee."
The players were immense
"I thought the players were absolutely immense tonight - I had, with the subs that came on, I had 13, 14 warriors out there that never ever backed down where other teams would crumble - after the 3-1 [in the first leg] I spoke to them before the game and they were very generous in their own plaudits of our team - they said they didn't expect to come up against that kind of endeavour, quality and organisation and they respected that by playing exactly the same team, not one change from the team that played against us, so that shows the respect - there wasn't 6, 7, 8 changes because they knew they would be in a game..."
