Morrison keen to avoid Cup banana skin

Ahead of Saturday's JD Welsh Cup third round tie at Guilsfield, Will Catterall recently spoke to Andy Morrison to get his thoughts on the game.

Morrison said; "I'm told they've had a really good result today [3-0 victory over Flint], so their tails will be up but listen, if my boys turn up and they do what they did today [against Llandudno], and we're organised - we've done our due dilligence on Guilsfield, everything that we need to know about them we know and we'll prepare meticulously this week for the game and if the boys conduct themself in the way they did today then the result will take care of itself.

Following their 3-0 victory over Flint Town United on Saturday, Guilsfield sit 7th in the Huws Gray Alliance having won six and drawn one from their opening 14 games of the campaign, while Morrison's team currently sit atop the JD Welsh Premier League one point about Barry Town United and three points above current league champions, The New Saints.

Our full match preview will be online in the days leading up to the start of our defence of the JD Welsh Cup.
