Jones jonined The Nomads in late August 2018, however struggled with fitness and only made four starts and two substitute appearances for the club in his brief spell at Deeside. He did provide the assist for Michael Wilde in our 1-0 victory over Falkirk in the Irn Bru Cup and also got on the scoresheet against Airbus in the Nathaniel MG Cup and made his final appearance for the club as a second half substitute in the 3-1 victory over Cefn Druids in late October.

Jones left The Nomads in early November 2018.
