The Poppies 3G is located conveniently in the heart of Deeside at Connah's Quay High School, meaning access to the facility is simple. With great access from North Wales, Cheshire and the Wirral, and ample parking for large competitions at the High School, The Poppies 3G is perfectly equipped to host competitions, matches or training session.

Variety of top level pitches

The Poppies 3G features a variety of pitches, but the centrepiece of the facility is the full size 11 a side pitch. The pitch measures 100m long by 62m wide and features full size goals which can easily be moved into place as required. The pitch features a 3m run-off around all sides to ensure player safety at all times.

The final piece in the puzzle at The Quay 3G is three seven a side pitches. The pitches are separated by nets which span the full width of the 11 a side pitch allowing for three separate games to take place at once during competitions.
