CONNAH'S Quay recovered from an early set-back to finish comprehensive winners and gain new player-manager Mark McGregor his first Welsh Premier success.
The Nomads conceded in the 12th-minute when a shot from Druids' on-loan TNS striker Craig Whitfield was diverted into his own net by the head of former Ancients' defender Paul Dowridge.
But Chris Herbert seized on a through ball from Tom Baker to net his second goal in two games to draw the hosts level before the break.
And the Nomads never looked back, with Baker again providing for Sam McNutt to put them in front on 55 minutes.
Druids found life difficult going forward and conceded again when ex-AFC Liverpool Andy Olsen added the third on 69 minutes to leave them pointless and bottom of the table.
