FOUNDER members of the League of Wales in 1992, Gap Connah's Quay bade farewell to the top flight by beating fellow relegation outfit Porthmadog on Deeside.
It completed a double of Port, but both sides will meet again in the Cymru Alliance next season.
First-half goals from Chris Herbert and Aaron Burns put the Nomads in control, with Mike Hayes adding the third on 76 minutes.
"We wanted to finish with a win and we succeeded," said Quay boss Ken Price.
