Striker Tommy Mutton celebrated his return to Deeside with the opening goal on 10 minutes and the game was all but over when Danny Forde grabbed two more inside the first half hour.
The Eagles' problems mounted when Jack Jenkins was sent-off for four and abusive language, but they produced their best period of the game when reduced to 10 men with on-loan Wrexham keeper Chris Maxwell performing some heroics in the home goal.
But Quay weather the storm and sub Aden Shannon put the icing on the cake with two goals in the last five minutes to leave Neath boss Andy Dyer with plenty to ponder ahead of Saturday's visit to Carmarthen.
