A competitive, if uninspiring Flintshire derby ended scoreless as both defences generally ruled the roost at The Airfield.
The Wignmakers dominated the opening exchanges and carved out two early chances.
Matthew Cook provided an opening for Danny Desormeaux, but he was denied by Wales Under-19 keeper Chris Maxwell, who then saved with his legs from the same player after Paul Hallows had played a through ball.
But the closest either side came to scoring was shortly after the break, when the Airbus defence failed to clear and Nomads' defender Andy Alston saw his 20-yarder hit the top of the crossbar.
