A REMARKABLE game at The Traeth saw Porthmadog over-turn a four goal deficit to seize all three points with a 95th-minute winner from Marc Lloyd Williams.
Few could have anticipated what was to follow as Nomads cruised into a 5-1 lead after 70 minutes against Port's leaky defence.
Liam Loughlin gave the visitors the best possible start when he seized on a miskick by John Peris Jones to beat keeper Dave Vickers in the fourth minute.
Loughlin then turned provider for Craig Jones to add the second before Gareth Parry got the hosts back into the game, converting a Mike Foster corner.
Quay quickly restored their two-goal lead when a Jones shot was blocked by John Jones and rebounded to Peter Doran for a simple finish.
More goals after the break reflected the visitors' superiority when Jones adding his second with a far post header and sub Mike Cronshaw seemingly making the lead unassailable.
Phil Doran was red-carded for foul and abusive language before Rhys Roberts reduced the deficit and, four minutes later, Foster converted a spot kick.
Port started to sense an upset might be on the cards against the 10-men and, when a Lloyd Williams shot was parried by keeper Chris Maxwell, John Rowley netted the rebound.
Lloyd Williams had endured a long barren spell but ended it in style with two goals that capped the unlikely comeback. His low 15-yard shot levelled the scores with four minutes left on the watch and, with only seconds of added time remaining, found room to fire the winner.
