AFAN Lido's wretched week took a turn for the worse as they slumped to defeat on Deeside.
Deducted three points on Thursday for fielding suspended defender Leigh Shrimpton, they face a crunch relegation battle at NEWI Cefn Druids just 24-hours after surrendering to Connah's Quay.
But the troubled south Wallians got off to the best possible start when Karl Reynolds gave them the lead with a 25-yarder past Nomads' keeper Andy Hughes.
Nomads were level on the stroke of half-time thanks to veteran Stuart Rain who converted after George Horan flicked on a Dean Tuft free-kick.
The home side then took control with Horan himself increasing the lead with a header from 12-yards after Lido keeper Brian Thomas had misjudged a Chris Williams free-kick.
Substitute Marc Gunther scored his first goal for Nomads with Jamie Holmes adding a fourth, before Chris Piper pulled a goal back which was of little consolation.
