Disney's red overturned

Connah's Quay Nomads can today confirm that John Disney's red card has been overturned.

Disney was shown a straight red card by referee Bryn Markham-Jones in the 2nd minute of last Saturday's televised Sgorio match at Barry Town United.

The appeal was overseen on Wednesday afternoon and upon review, the decision has been overturned, thus meaning that Disney will be available for selection as soon as we return to play following the current "firebreak" lockdown restrictions in Wales.
