Macca to join commentary team for free live coverage

Connah's Quay Nomads can today confirm that our UEFA Europa Conference League fixture against KA Akureyri will be broadcast live on our own YouTube and Facebook platforms for free.

For those of you that can't make the trip to Park Hall Stadium, you will be able to tune in and catch coverage of the whole match from around 6:45pm.

The game kicks off at 7pm and unlike previous seasons where we have charged for online viewers, this season, we will be providing the stream free of charge exclusively in the UK.

The match will be covered by Bryn Law and his team who have excellently covered a number of our previous European fixtures over recent years. A previous Sky Sports commentator, Law will provide feature commentary on the fixture alongside former Nomads Manager and Club Hall of Famer, Mark McGregor.

McGregor joined The Nomads in July 2009 and led The Nomads to back-to-back Cymru Alliance titles, returning the team back to the Welsh Premier League in 2012, and also guided the team to the Europa League Play Off Semi Final in 2013.

During his time at the club, McGregor made 197 starts, 17 substitute appearances and found the net on 21 occasions before being inducted into the club's Hall of Fame in 2017.

To view the live stream on the night, simply logon to our Facebook or YouTube pages to see the game live.
