Nomads to face Aber in Nathaniel MG Cup Quarter Finals

Thursday evening saw the draw for the Quarter Finals of the Nathaniel MG Cup take place with The Nomads being drawn at home to Aberystywth Town.

The Nomads progressed to the Quarter Finals following an impressive 3-2 victory over Caernarfon Town with our Academy players featuring heavily in the fixture.

Aber reached the Quarter Finals thanks to a late win over Llandudno, having trailed 2-1 for the majority of the second half before two late goals from Jon Evans gave Aber the dramatic late 3-2 victory.

Nomads last hosted Aber in a fixture back in August 2023 in our first fixture at the Essity Stadium - a game which ended 4-0 ot The Nomads thanks to goals from Jordan Davies, Callum Bratley and a Josh Williams brace.

The fixtures are scheduled to be played on 22-23 October and we will confirm exact details once available.
