Connah's Quay Nomads have this week provided an early Christmas present to a large number of children in the local community.
Thursday morning saw Director of Footall, Jay Catton and Head of Community, Jordan Parry visit local schools, Ysgol Wepre CP, Ysgol Cae'r Nant, Ysgol Bryn Deva and Golftyn Primary School all with the aim of helping more youngsters enjoy football.
The club has provided every pupil of the schools with a completely free season ticket which will also allow the children to bring one parent, guardian or carer to any home league game of both the Men's and Women's First Team for just £1.
The season tickets created a fantastic buzz in the schools as we spent the morning with each respective school and there were plenty of great questions from the children regarding the upcoming fixtures for both the Men's and Women's teams.
In addition, the club are also hosting a completely free two day Community Christmas Camp on Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th December ahead of Christmas to provide two fun days for local children.

Jay Catton commented; "It was a great day seeing all the students at our local primary schools ad it was a really engaging and enjoyable experience to share with the students - we hope these small gifts from the club add to all local children having a great Christmas break.
We are really wanting to engage and support our local community even further in 2025 and with these 2000 free season tickets distributed to so many local children we look forward to seeing lots of youngsters and families at future Connah's Quay Nomads Men's and Women's fixtures.
A huge thanks as always to all the schools involved and respective Head Teachers Mr Davies, Mrs Cooper, Mrs Mead and Mrs Burrows for allowing us to visit all students and staff. We hope everyone has a great Christmas!"
