Nomads awarded Tier 1 and UEFA Licences

Connah's Quay Nomads are pleased to announce that we have today awarded both the FAW Tier 1 Licence and the UEFA Licence.

The announcement means that the club will officially be allowed to compete in both the JD Cymru Premier and UEFA Competitions in the 2025/26 season.

Clubs are assessed on the following criteria:
• Sporting: Youth and Coaching
• Social and Environmental Sustainability
• Infrastructure
• Legal
• Personnel and Administration
• Financial

The club would like to place on record their thanks to Club Secretary Tom Houghton for his diligent work over the last six weeks in processing all of the requirements to achieve the licensing criteria and would also like to thank Ian Fisher of the FAW for his assistance during the timeframe.
