Bratley joined The Nomads having been part of Flint Town United's setup since the start of the 2019/20 seasons where he made an immediate impact shortly after signing from Blacon Youth.

Bratley scored 13 goals in 22 appearances in the 2019/20 season before it was curtailed due to Covid before scoring a further eight goals in 61 games over the following two seasons.

Since debuting for The Nomads in 2022, Bratley has gone on to twice secure European football and be part of the JD Welsh Cup winning team of 2024.
