Ripon-born Firth spent much of his youth at the Liverpool Academy with spells at both Chester and Barrow where he would gain vital experience in the National League before making his move north of the border to join Scottish giants Rangers in January 2019.
Firth would make his Rangers debut against Kilmarnock in May 2019, just two months before The Nomads dumped Kilmarnock out of the Europa League at Rugby Park.
In early June, Firth announced that he would be leaving Rangers after three and a half years at Ibrox having made some amazing memories in being part of the squad which won the 55th league title and also made the Europa League Final against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Firth made his Nomads debut against The New Saints in the Nathaniel MG Cup in August 2022, a game which saw him not only save, but also score in the penalty shootout which saw The Nomads progress through the round.
Firth was a part of The Nomads side that won the JD Welsh Cup in 2024.
